"First class experience all around. Was able to check in early and the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. On day of departure I left early and the even packed a breakfast to eat on the train back to Prague. An extra bonus - Christmas market was right outside during my entire stay. "Overall the stay was fine. We were in the back of the building, overlooking the back yard of the neighbor. So it was very quiet. The bed was fine. The location in old town was very good. An easy walk to almost everything. The only glitches were some sparrows nesting on the lights outside the room. We left the door open and one flew in and flew back out when it saw no exit.
