However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "Pool very welcome on 35 degree day. Quiet in the country. Simple dinner dishes available, adequate and tasty. Fan would be a good addition to the room. "

"Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"My dad and I came for the table tennis championship. The hotel in city centre are all booked and this was the closest that is available. The staff here is amazing , so friendly and helpful especially the person who checked us in- Mikael. So accommodating. Too bad the place is so far away and not accessible by foot at all. You have to rent a car otherwise you have to walk on a road with no side walk and car passing you by with a speed limit of 80 km . The air smells like cows poo too. "

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "
