"Overall rating is a 5 because in my opinion it was a good deal for the space. We had a family room and it was truly like a small home for us. Everything was modern and we had a fridge, dishwasher, and they provided toiletries. I also love the concept of the self check in which was relatively easy. I just want them to maybe improve a couple of things, the back family apartment #400 has a front door and patio doors that have big glass windows and no blinds. "Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Ich hatte mir anfangs etwas Sorgen wegen der Bettcouch gemacht aber es war super gemütlich und wir haben wirklich wundervoll geschlafen. Es war mit Abstand einer der besten Urlaube die wir bisher hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage war super und ich mochte auch den 'Gartenplatz' inklusive Gartenmöbeln - auch wenn wir am Ende vom Tag immer zu müde waren um draußen noch einen Wein zu trinken ;-)"

"The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests."

"My stay at the Arkadenhaus hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager. Despite my limited understanding of German, the manager went above and beyond to help me find the places I wanted to visit. Their patience and dedication made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the manager's extra effort that really stood out. I highly recommend the Arkadenhaus for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive stay."
