Guest will have access to the entire basement unit! Please note that the washer and dryer is only available to guest who stays for 4 day min. Also, guests are not allowed in the fenced in backyard.

The property has central air but it cannot be controlled by guest. For your convenience, we have fans and an electric heater for you to modify the temperature in the suite.
