This fantastic barn opens up into a large open-plan living and dining room with a charming red-brick fireplace with a wood burner, three large sofas and a feasting table with chairs for 14 people, perfect for a large family gathering if you've booked Laurel House too.
In the corner of the living room, next to the fireplace and down a few stairs is a cinema room with six super comfortable, velvet yellow chairs and a large TV screen and surround sound.
Bifold doors lead out to the front garden with raised beds and a beautiful greenhouse to one side whilst to the rear of the property there are bifold doors onto a fantastic courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and furniture. The barn also benefits from a small gym with a bicycle trainer, dumbbells and a bench.
Down from the main living area is a fabulously decorated kitchen with butchers block in the centre, a double oven, induction hob, large butlers sink, double door fridge and pull out freezer drawer with ample storage cupboards. Further on from the kitchen is a wood-panelled WC with a wash basin.

This is a remote area of Suffolk. While there are good local pubs you will need to drive to them, taxi service is limited to station runs, home delivery is non-existent, prepare to cook. This property is mostly self-contained and has been designed to host large parties of family and friends. The kitchens are well stocked and large enough to cater for large groups.
The Barns, reached across a sheltered courtyard from the main house, have been designed with the elderly and handicapped in mind.
There is an alarm system and closed-circuit TV but of exterior areas only.
Pets are welcome but please bear in mind that the grounds, ponds and local wood are full of wildlife with many species of bird using the area for nesting. We therefore kindly ask you to keep control of your dogs while walking in the grounds.
There are 4 ponds in the grounds. Infants and small children need to be monitored at all times when outside.
