"Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

"Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Eine kleine Küche, die Stauraum bietet. Von der Lage her war sie für uns perfekt. Man kam fussläufig schnell an alle Punkte. Parkmöglichkeiten bietet entweder zwei naheliegende Parkhäuser oder kostenlos in der Bastei- sowie Augsburgstraße. Die paar Minuten Fussweg verbanden wir mit einem Spaziergang. Wir hatten Glück dort immer etwas bekommen zu haben. Das Bett ist bequem, die Matratze nicht durchgelegen. Alles rundum liebevoll eingerichtet. "

"We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!"
