"Wonderful cottage in a great location with which to explore the Cairngorms. The cottage itself was clean, bright, easy to find, and had everything you could need. Check in was easy and the owners were very helpful and communicative. Most everything you could need is in Ballater, a couple of miles away, including a grocery, petrol station, health center, and a number of restaurants and pubs. Property is incredibly built half over Loch with ducks, swans, occasional water skier and golfers in distance, all viewed from massive (but safe glass fronted patio) ceiling to floor windows In living area and master bedroom. Every basic supplied- even oil tin foil ice cubes etc. Photos don’t do the property justice, but if going book now as pricing level far to low for quality size and location."
