"There was not enough front desk staff…over a three day weekend and at least 10 attempts to stop by and talk to staff there was always at least 6 or more people in line. We booked thru Expedia and despite photos on our specific reservation photo showing a couch in our room there was not one. Reminder that Expedia is not always accurate (which has happened multiple times to me-hotels always just blame Expedia)"

"I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels and this one really stood out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in (and out) was a breeze, the hotel was beautiful with great amenities. I was there for a NYE party in the ballroom which was catered and just fantastic. My room was so quiet and comfortable with great pillows and updated amenities. Just really all around excellent!"
