Overall a lovely property. Would be helpful if more than one stove burner was functional, and you must inform customers that water tank on dryer needs to be emptied periodically, to function properly.

A dream vacation in Dingle Ireland
We arrived at the lovely house in Dingle, a family of 10 people. The house is very spacious and comfortable, a spacious kitchen that is enough for everyone. The house is clean and tidy, surrounded by vegetable lawns, and not far from it is an spectacular beach. The hosts were charming and available for anything and everything. We had a lot of fun. We will surely return. Highly recommended.

Family Celebration
Our whole family was thrilled with our stay at this beautiful home on the dingle peninsula. The surroundings were beautiful. A short walk to a beach provided limitless entertainment for the children. There was plenty of space for sleeping, watching a movie or reading. The location was a short drive to the town of dingle.

Spacious family home
Smooth booking, cot and highchair provided as requested. Great kitchen and dining space with plenty of lovely kitchenware. Heating and hot water easy and preset. Beach near the property was lovely (need to go over slippy rocky pathway to access but kids and adults could do so). Views from house were mountains, green fields and farm animals, very peaceful. No one else on beach except the lovely dog who guided us. About 10 min drive to Dingle which has great bars ice cream shops, restaurants, aquarium and boat trips.

Kinard Home Away From Home
Needs met and wants exceeded. Great home for 5+ people. Our second time staying on the peninsula and this was a great home for us. We only wish we had more days at home relaxing and walking to the beach! Touring can be exhausting and it was great to have a lovely home waiting for you in a quiet neighborhood where the biggest bother is a cow mooing or one of the neighborhood dogs popping in for an ear scratch. You will not be disappointed!

A Beautiful Last Visit to Dingle
Getting too old to travel, but wanted to show children and grandchildren one of my favorite places on earth. We stayed in this beautiful house that was replete with every convenience and glorious views...all we could have desired. We visited every ancient site in the area, hiked up hills, fished in Dingle Bay and returned to the comforts provided by the kind and helpful owners....this will always be part of my best memories of Ireland.

Great House
We had a great time at Niamh and Frank's place. The house is spotless and very spacious. We had a party of 13 people and the house was plenty big enough. It is in a remote area in Kinard west and only 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, also less than a 10 minute drive to the mighty Dingle, we would happily return.

Large family of Young and Old
We had a lovely stay in the spacious home, Didean. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms/toilets made it a very good choice for our family reunion to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The pastoral location, countryside views, short walk to the beach and close proximity to Dingle were exceptional. We appreciated and made full use of all the amenities in the home. The back garden was a wonderful play space and the children and adults alike spent a lot of time kicking a ball around, flying their styrofoam airplanes and generally enjoying the outdoors. The weather did not hold us back and we made regular visits to the nearby beach and to Dingle. The secluded beach was a 5-10 minute walk away which made it very convenient and was thoroughly enjoyed by young and old. There were a few issues that we encountered and raised with the owners. The one thing we would suggest changing in the description of the title is the word "Luxury". Perhaps a better word is "Comfortable". Of course everyone's idea of luxury is relative. The ability for one house to accommodate our 14 family members was, for us, luxury. Some of the amenities in the house are by European standards, luxury. However, in our view, the furniture and standard of upkeep was not luxury. Having said this, we did not regret our choice or our stay and we would recommend Didean.

Fantastic stay!
We had a fantastic time at Dideon house in Dingle. We enjoyed the breathtaking views out the kitchen area every morning. We loved taking walks to the beach and around the area. The house was perfect, we are a group of eight friends and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us, we spent most of our time in the beautiful kitchen area though, looking out at the fantastic views. Thank you Niamh and Frank for sharing your lovely home with us and for making us feel so welcome! Thank you for the wine , chocolates and flowers as well! We are sad to leave, but know we will definitely be coming back.

Spectacular Vacation Home
This beautiful vacation home on the Dingle peninsula was all that we hoped for and more. The home itself was warm, inviting, large enough for our extended family of 13, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Its location was perfect: a close walk to an awesome beach, a short drive to the delightful town of Dingle, and with a spectacular pastoral setting. The grandkids were delighted with all the play room and walks to the ocean, and the adults could sit on the deck or inside with a view to watch the kids while drinking coffee or reading a good book. Niamh was a wonderful person to work with regarding rental. This is definitely a vacation home we would highly recommend……one of our favorites that provided us with lots of memories of a vacation of a lifetime.

Idyllic home on Dingle peninsula
Our family had a wonderful vacation at Didean. The owners are welcoming and attentive. The house is immaculate and well appointed. It is also located very near a secluded beach that we walked to daily. We had more than enough room for 6 adults for the week and made good use of the extra fridge. The town of Dingle is nearby and idyllic. We enjoyed discovering the many restaurants and pubs. The Dingle peninsula is a great vacation spot with natural beauty and so much to offer. The trip to Great Blasket Island is rugged but not to be missed. We also enjoyed a wonderful day in nearby Killarney National Park. I only wish we had more time to explore the Irish countryside! We will definitely stay at Didean in the future.

Magical
Everything about our stay was magical. We rented an 8 passenger van for travel, so once my husband had that down - driving on the left side of road with steering wheel on the right - we were golden! We saw the whole of the Dingle Peninsula - Slea Head Drive was a family favorite but so was Killarney National Park, the town of Dingle, the Ring of Kerry, the list goes on and on. The view down the end of the road the house was on made us all giddy and so grateful for this wonderful family trip . The house was super comfortable- the hosts answered any questions, were very responsive to anything we needed and even left us a book to refer to for additional excursions and contacts. You will surely love your stay in Ireland - we were 6 adults and 2 teens and everyone had room to do their own thing if need be. Thank you so much N and F. You helped make a dream of ours come true !

Fantastic house in an idyllic setting
As a young family, we have stayed in a number of holiday homes, and this was by far one of the best homes and locations we have enjoyed. The views from the home are typical of the breathtaking peninsula, and will give you a taster of what is to come, if you take the famous Slea Head Drive not far from the home (which I highly recommend doing). As for the spacious home, it is very tastefully furnished, perfectly maintained and ample room for all of us. The owners have taken care of every little detail, good books, CDs and videos games for the kids, its the little things that count and gives you a sense of home away from home. We enjoyed the short stroll every morning to the beach, which is quite a gem. What a place to take in the views and the tranquility. All in all, this is a holiday home, I would recommend to all family and friends, who come to Dingle. Alternatively, if you are figuring out where to stay in Ireland, come to Dingle and enjoy this home.

We did not want to leave... =)
It was SO good. We stayed in Didean House for a week with nine photographers and we really enjoyed the time. It is like "coming home". Everything is warm and welcoming, the rooms are very clean (I wanted to put something on the high wardrobe and brushed my finger over the sureface - clean!) and well furnished. The house is very big and has enough place to come with a big group AND to have some solitude if you want to. The area the house is situated in is really a dream. SO wonderful! We loved the sunrises AND the sunsets, the garden, the terrace...great. I can really recommend this house (as all the other enthusiastic visitors), the kindness of Niamh and her husband and the care and support were really good and quick and the week in their lovely house was amazing. Thanks for the possibility to rent it! All the best, Danika

Fantastic Holiday
Our family had the pleasure of staying at "Didean" on the beautiful Dingle Peninsula. The house was fantastic, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely comfortable and spacious. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the scenic outside deck, playing a family game of soccer in the large yard, competing in Wii challenges on rainy days, or just relaxing in the lounge reading and listening to music, there was something for everyone.. The peaceful countryside location with its stunning views was perfect, close enough to a secluded, sandy beach for a lovely walk or a hike up the surrounding mountains and just a short drive to Dingle town with its many wonderful pubs and shops. Our family had lots of fun at the Dingle Golf Center and a challenge at the magnificent Dingle Ceann Sibeal golf course, the most westerly golf course in Europe. Many thanks to Niamh and Frank for their kind, attentive welcome. They were great to work with and made us feel right at home. Our delightful companion, Elvis, the neighborhood dog, walked everywhere with us. We treasure the great memories from our trip to Dingle and highly recommend "Didean" as the place to stay.

PERFECT QUALITY TIME IN A PERFECT HOME FROM HOME
This trip to Dingle was very important to us as we were spending time with extended family who we only see every couple of years. We chose the house because we felt it would offer us the flexibility of being 4 adults and 5 children. It did not disappoint. From the beginning having been met by Niamh we could see how well it was going to work for us and the children loved the upstairs part of the house, which they happily migrated to! The kitchen became the hub of the house for us and provided us with a fantastic sociable relaxing space. The house has everything you could want and all the information you require for the area. We used a local taxi company to ferry us about on nights out and experienced all the weather the Wild Atlantic Way could throw at us! Dingle really has some fantastic places to eat at the local Supervalu has everything else! Most importantly we were able to relax in a home from home and spend time together, a luxury in this busy world we all live in. Thank you Niamh and Frank, we will be back!!

Family Holiday
We loved this amazing property! It was perfect for our three generation family of 11. We enjoyed the short 5 minute walk to an amazing beach every day. We spent most of our time in the huge kitchen and dining area. There was plenty of room for all of us and our local guests. (A few of the dining chairs could use some repair, as the seats had somewhat collapsed.) Natalia was very responsive when we needed a few items for cooking for our large group. The “suite” on the second floor was a perfect location for a family of 5. They had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room and a full bath all to themselves. There are 3 full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. Two of the full baths are on-suite with showers. One of the full baths has a beautiful, large tub with a handheld sprayer. It was great for bathing the children, but was less than ideal as the main bathroom for two of the bedrooms. The adults in those bedrooms had to shower in one of the on-suite baths in another room. We loved being greeted by the cows in the adjacent field each morning and we were pleasantly surprised when a small herd of calves strayed into our yard. This was the perfect location for a family get away! Just a short drive to Dingle. We would love to make this an annual holiday!

Take me back to this lovely home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. We arrived in Cork after staying in busy Paris. It was a lovely late afternoon drive from the airport to meet Niamh. She had us follow her to the home and graciously showed us through the home. There was a welcome basket with some wine and chocolate that I didn't even notice until after she left so I forgot to thank her! The house is beautifully decorated and spotless! The kitchen is gorgeous and and a large dining room table. The 5 bathrooms are all spacious and the bedrooms are very comfortable. There is a notebook to explain the home and Niamh was quick to respond when we had a question. There are views from every room of ocean, mountains and grazing sheep and horses. It was so quiet and peaceful day and night! The beach a few minutes down the road is lovely. There are a few beach caves and the the views are spectacular. There is a small ocean tide book in the kitchen. I recommend checking it for low tide and heading down. I walked back and forth many times and didn't want to leave. The initial rocky entry/exit to the beach is a little tricky if you are older so wear sensible shoes😊 My husband was sick during most of our stay so we made the dingle peninsula our home for the 6 nights we were there. We drove the dingle peninsula drive with stops along the way. We ate meals at various pubs in town and even had take out pizza and Chinese when my husband wasn't up to going out. The supervalue grocery store in the town of dingle had everything you could need in the way of groceries with reasonable pricing. There were actually only 3 of us staying in the large home. We travelled from California to visit my daughter that is studying for the year in England. When I found the home on vrbo I knew it was more house than we needed but I fell in love with it and found the price to be reasonable to justify it. (It was half the price of the 3 bed/1bath apartment we stayed in Paris) If you don't mind staying in a remote location that is only 10 minutes from the adorable dingle town then this is the home for you! Plenty of space for larger groups to spread out. I hope to return again someday and see more of Kerry and other areas and would happily rent this home again. I miss have a sheep view from my bedroom while blow drying my hair😉 Thank you Niamh for letting us stay at your special home! Sent from my iPad

Beautiful Home
My father is from the Maharees on the Dingle peninsula. I thought what a wonderful way to celebrate our delayed 50th anniversary by two years was to bring our kids and the grandkids back home to celebrate with our family who still live in the Maharees. We were so thrilled to find this beautiful home in the country away from the bustle of the town. The kids had a nice yard to play in and they could walk down the road to the beach and climb up a mountain. We were greeted by the dog across the street and the mooing of the cows ……just a touch of Heaven. When we left something behind of value, Niamh was more than happy to get it returned to us postage free. All Our needs were met and we didn’t lack for anything. we would highly recommend this to families who like to celebrate the quiet charm of living in the countryside of Ireland
