Nice inn - this is not a hotel, more like a BnB or a guest room. Minimal housekeeping and facilities - don't expect any form of luxury at all. Great location, very good service, dedicated parking space (that's incredibly narrow!), clean, though tiny room. The location makes it an ideal place for a lot of noise at night, especially when the town has a festival. The room has no coffee maker, no water, no cups/glasses, no amenities at all, so bring your own. The room was so tiny that there was hardly any space to walk around for 3 people, and no space for luggage. The room access lock needed repair when we checked in, that was attended to very quickly. Good place for a single night for 1-2 people with no luggage, who want to experience a festival or occasion.

Walls are paper thin as others have mentioned. Perhaps some posted quiet hours could make it a little more aware to folks. Otherwise it was a lovely stay in Dingle. There isn’t really a bad location in town, but this I thought was excellent. Kudos for a parking lot as well! Beautiful rooms, great service, and a nice pint.

Clean but small and no elevator
Room was small, not enough area to even lay open suitcase. No elevator with heavy suitcases was a challenge for multiple flights of stairs. Room was clean but hot being on second floor in attic renovation. There was no AC so had to keep sky light open for air flow but didn’t have a screen. I wouldn’t stay again

The property has been very nicely updated, and my room and bathroom were very tidy and well presented. My room was on the third floor, and the windows could only be tilted open slightly, so it was a bit stuffy on a warm September evening, but not too bad. The biggest issue was that the wall between my room and my neighbors was paper-thin. Wouldn’t have been so bad if they had been quiet neighbors, but they were a couple of young lads out for a good time, with no volume control. One of them apparently met a nice lady down at the pub, and they must’ve liked each other very much, because he brought her back to his room to show how much he liked her. Over and over, she kept telling him to like her. Fortunately for me (and, perhaps unfortunately for her), it was an exceptionally brief relationship, after which I guess they decided they didn’t like each other so much anymore, and went back to the pub.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. Narrow entry into car park behind property, so be careful there. No AC control in our top floor room, so got a bit warm. Staff was great.

The rooms are quite small but nicely finished and clean. Not the best sound proofing between floors but it was tolerable. No AC but window opened which helped, unless facing the somewhat noisy street. Good breakfast.

This is a clean, charming and authentic place to stay in Dingle. The location is excellent and you can walk the town easily. *We loved it and would go back again.* Expect a comfy, quiet and quaint room, delicious complete buffet breakfast and friendly staff. (Don't expect any elevator, in-room air conditioner or refrigerator, room safe or large fancy bathroom. ;-)
