"Rent o fräscht, restaurangen ganska tråkig men i stort sett god och prisvärd mat. Frukost kunde man göra bättre, men generellt tycker jag man har dåliga frukostar överallt i Filippinerna. Så hoppa över frukosten om det går."

"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."

"Seda's staff are always willing to help. Guests are always welcomed with a smile. Requests are immediately responded to. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have come across. Selections are plentiful and there is a new item/s daily. Will I stay here again? Definitely."

"We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat. "
