Ker Eno is the ideal starting point for exploring Dinard and the surrounding area!

Renovated in 2020, with a modern, uncluttered decor, this charming apartment boasts all the comforts you could wish for: bright living room thanks to a large bay window, south-facing balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower room with toilet. Linen is provided, beds are made on arrival, private underground parking with electric car recharging.

We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Located on the 1st floor and measuring 45 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It's south-facing, with a large bay window and a window in the living room, and a French window in the bedroom. Relax on the south-facing balcony!

- In the living room, you can sleep on a sofa bed (140x200 cm), brand new in 2020 and very comfortable.
- In the kitchen area, you'll find: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, etc. There's also space for 4 people to enjoy meals.
- In the shower room with WC, an 8kg washing machine and heated towel rail.
- In the bedroom, you'll find 2 brand-new beds (90x200 cm) with the option of moving them closer together to sleep as a couple.

Neighborhood:
This modern neighborhood is just 2 steps from beaches, downtown and the famous market. Everything can be done on foot in just a few minutes. You'll also find a thalassotherapy center offering incomparable treatments and a restaurant with a sea-view tea room.
There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops to help you relax.

Shopping on the Emerald Coast is a pleasure not to be missed. The many small, multi-brand boutiques are synonymous with elegance, with their meticulous shop windows and unique style! You'll also find small delicatessens run by refined master craftsmen! But you'll also find stores with Belle Époque architecture, where you'll find traces of Odorico on the facades, for example...
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, come and discover the Dinard market, voted one of the 10 most beautiful markets in France.
Shopping centers (Décathlon, Intermarché, Lidl....) are just a 5-minute drive away.

Good places to eat and drink:
St Eno (chez Claude), la crêperie du Marégraphe, bar de la Thalasso, restaurant de la plage de l'Ecluse... you'll also find the Castor Bellux in Dinard: a meeting place for young Dinard locals and a very atypical decor, the cuisine is top-notch! Le Dôme on Port Blanc beach. The Sunset bar around the outdoor swimming pool on Plage de l'Ecluse, with its stunning sunset and surfing atmosphere.

Activities and outings: - Discover Dinard's beaches: Plage de l'Ecluse, the wilder Plage de St Enogat, Plage de Notre Dame du Roc, Plage de St Briac. Go on excursions: take the Clair de Lune speedboat to St Malo, visit the town / Grand Bé / Petit Bé, the Ebhiens peninsula at low tide from St Jacut, tour the bay by speedboat in fine weather and picnic on Cézembre island. Go to Cancale and taste oysters, or visit Dinan and its medieval town.

- Bus station located 3 minutes' walk from the apartment, at the foot of the Ourse media library.
- 5 minutes from the main road to Dinan, Cancale, St Malo, Saint Briac...
- You can reach the boat landing to go to St Malo without using your vehicle.

- The apartment is accessible by stairs (1/2 level), but if you use the elevator, you'll need to press 2.
- Underground parking includes a closed private garage and a shared bike room. Station wagon, 4x4 and SUV parking available. You must park in reverse to enter the garage easily.

Bon accueil. Quelques petits attentions de la part des propriétaires et j 'ai pu laisser bagages ds l'appartement jusqu'à mon départ 😊 🙁 Chauffage réglé sur 19 qui parfois descendait légèrement en dessous avec note du propriétaire nous demandant de ne pas toucher au thermostat.. Il faisait frais ds l'appartement. Je l'ai signalé au propriétaire à la fin du séjour. Nous avons communiqué de vive voix. Personne à l'écoute, très agréable."

Ker Eno "merveilleux 🙂 L' appartement est très confortable et bien situé dans la ville de Dinard. Accès direct à l'ascenseur (sans marches) au sous sol (garage) et porte principale . La boulangerie et biscuit JOYEUX à 400m est excellente pour les pains et les biscuits maison. Sur le marché les galettes au camion rouge sont excellentes, vente à empoter , possibilité d'en manger à l'appartement . Les saucisses au camion juste à côté "" charcuterie Guillemot"" vends d’excellentes saucisses fumées pour accompagner ces galettes et l'andouille maison est merveilleuse. Toujours sur le marché les huîtres et les coquillages. Nous en avons bien profiter. Belles balades sur la magnifique côte, bateau bus pour Saint Malo et gâteaux de chez Thimothy succulents. La boutique des épices Roellinger a ne pas manquer. Nous sommes ravis et nous espérons y retourner."

Les échanges cordiaux avec les propriétaires et l'accueil que nous avons eu nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour serein et sans accroc. La proximité avec le centre-ville et les activités offerts par la station nous a permis de profiter de la ville de son architecture alors que la voiture était bien garée en toute sécurité dans un box dans le sous-sol. Encore merci pour ce passage au nouvel an dans une belle ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette location 🙁 Le stress d'avoir peur de casser les très beaux verres à pied que nous avons utilisés à chaque repas 😁😉"

Le jour avant notre départ, un petit message de rappel ""mode d'emploi"". La cuisine est superbement bien aménagée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Idéalement situé et très joli appartement aménagé avec goût. Merci aux propriétaires et à Claire. Nous recommandons cet appartement ! 🙁 La façade de l'immeuble en face. Nous ne félicitons pas l'architecte qui aurait pu avoir la bonne idée d'y mettre quelques fenêtes pour égayer un peu au lieu d'avoir un gros mur blanc."

Ker Eno "Nous avons pu profiter de ce logement lors de notre visite à St Malo et sa région. Nous avons été très satisfaits par le logement qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. L'équipement est très complet et moderne ce qui est un gros plus! On sent que tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe bien ! Une notice d'accueil envoyé par mail complète se bien. Le seul ""défaut"" est que le quartier est en plein renouveau avec des travaux dans la rue adjacente ce qui peut-être légèrement bruyant notamment le matin mais rien de bloquant à mon avis. Je recommande et nous y reviendrons très surement à notre prochain séjour!"

Tee muss man selber mit bringen. 2 Café kapseln für Nescaffe vorhanden (Zucker vorhanden) 🙁 Betreiber nicht vor Ort wohnend und Ansprechperson (beauftragte Drittperson?) nur telefonisch und zeitverzögert erreichbar. Übergabe der Ferienwohnung eher unpersönlich und kurz angebunden daher mangelhaft (Zeitmangel? Sprachproblem? Z.B. Therme für Warmwasser erst nach tel. Nachfrage aktiviert, gegen Aufpreis erbetene Hand- und Badetücher in sehr abgenutzten Zustand bzw. gar nicht erhalten) Obwohl in der Voraus Info. angegeben, dass Handtücher nicht vorhanden sind, sollten Handtücher, Badetücher und WiFi zur Standardausstattung eines B&B bzw. einer Ferienwohnung gehören. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist die Mitnahme von Badetücher nicht immer möglich."

Le ""plus"" dans cette location est le garage privé dans le parking souterrain !!! C'est génial !! 🙁 Pour info ..il n'y a pas de micro-ondes ! Juste un détail mais qd on y est habitués ... Mais qd on est en vacances on a le temps !!!"
