Our enchanting converted boathouse in Léhon combines comfort with breathtaking views. The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large breakfast island, and a conservatory-turned-dining space with stunning vistas of the River Rance.
Designed to accommodate up to seven adults, the lounge features generous seating with large sofas, armchairs and footstools. Enjoy entertainment with a large flat-screen Smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of films, books, and games, all with Wi-Fi connectivity.
The conservatory provides a charming dining area with seating for seven, perfect for meals or simply soaking in the picturesque sunset. Step through French doors onto the south-facing deck to enjoy panoramic riverside views.
Our private garden, accessible from the kitchen, includes comfortable seating, a dining table, sun loungers, a BBQ and an adjustable parasol. A private gated driveway offers parking for two cars. Located just a 6-minute walk from a local bakery, Quai du Val is an ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration in Brittany.
Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and beams accommodate up to seven guests. The master bedroom boasts river views and a Super-King bed (convertible to singles), while the second bedroom features a king-size bed with a garden view and the third has a double and a single bed. All rooms include ample storage and blackout curtains.
