The house is in a great spot with sweeping views of the ocean and a walk to the beach that takes about one minute. Everything was as described. Would stay here again.

Great Views - Comfortable, Well Equipped
We had a great 3 night stay. The view is wonderful and the furniture is in great condition and comfortable. We like to cook, and were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and linens and towels were great. Fae was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Fay’s beach home was so welcoming for the two of us and our little dog. The beach is just a short walk, and it was perfect for walking and heaven for dogs. Off leash under voice control

This is a cute property close to the beach with excellent views. Dillon Beach is a small beach community that was quiet and great for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean, perfectly appointed, and comfortable to stay in.

Beautiful view
Would stay again but would bring a blow up mattress to sleep on. The couch did not have a double bed. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. Past that it was a nice place and very close to the beach.

Perfect Beach House
This adorable home has spectacular views and is very well-appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The house is a five minute walk from the beach and a darling general store/restaurant. It is a perfect place to relax and soak in the ocean views and sunsets. The owner was lovely and responded immediately to all communications. We hope to return and enjoy this great rental again someday.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. We loved everything about it. It has everything you could possibly want and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfy with wonderful linens, lovely bathroom, etc. And the views - you can sit and watch those views forever. We will be back again and again.

Goodbye stress!
Before our trip even started Fay was great providing information and answering questions. The house was lovely and well equipped - the snacks and wine were a nice touch! We loved the house and the view is absolutely jaw dropping. All work stress melts away as soon as you walk in the door, open the windows and hear the ocean. Comfy bed and places to sit and relax. Amazing views and a sweet saltwater stay
We had a terrific time out at the coast staying in this sweet spot. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the house immaculate, with a beautiful view. Would very much like to stay again. Fay was a great host although some information was lagging when it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also would be nice to have access to an outdoor hose for sandy feet and paws. Overall, wonderful stay! Thanks so much!

Yes, Great View But So Much More
There is a great view of the beach, the surf and Tomales Point. Our stay was also relaxing. My big takeaway, however, was how thoughtful the Host was in equipping the cottage with amenities and kitchen gear. As I am the cook in our household, I was impressed with the variety and completeness of cooking equipment. Great job!

Birthday Hike
This was my second stay at this delightful home in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance to the beach, a restaurant and store, so a perfect location for a low key, no stress getaway. The home is decorated with love and care and the view of the ocean is amazing! My sister and I came for her birthday and a hike, and a beautiful hike existed less than 15 minutes from the home. Thank you, Fay, we’ll be back!

Fay’s place was perfect for a long weekend or even a longer stay. The view of the ocean from the living room you could watch all day! It was a great location, walkable to the beach, general store and their restaurant Coastal Kitchen.The home was very clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Fay was a great host! We really appreciated the bottle of wine and snack basket. Thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend Fay’s place!
