"The reception staff were extremely helpful after we were late due to holdups with a major traffic incident. They prepared and left the property open for us, providing instructions on how to locate it. The resort itself is well run by very friendly staff who are always helpful on a day to day basis. "Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....

"Amazing stay. Reception were extremely helpful and even complimented us with an early check in upon arrival. Apartment clean with fully equipped kitchen. We did not find the apartments hot at night as stated in previous reviews. Apartment was road facing and all road noise was blocked out by the triple glazing.
