"Chose the hotel for a long weekend with family and it's locality to the city centre. Opted for the Superior rooms, although perhaps difficult to distinguish the difference in quality versus the standard room offerings. "Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. "We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could. No restaurant for the night of course, you know, the wedding. A complimentary drink in exchange. Well, decide for yourself. Other than these it was a nice place, for one night we had to spend there."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Lovely hotel in a striking building. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent and quick to resolve any questions. 5 mins walk to the old town with its multitude of stunning vistas and endless chocolate shops. Highly recommended!"

"What a gem of a hotel! This little place was such a treat - the room (122) was a great size, super clean (everyday) and lovely and quiet. The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us with the local area and train times due to a rail strike in Belgium. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Gent! "
