Grand T2 (59m²) ground floor quiet, private garden of 50 sqm. Beautiful bright apartment, renovated, located in the historic center (moving on foot), closed private parking. In one of the most beautiful buildings in Dijon
All shops are 5 min walk (supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants ...), but also close to the fair and congress center.
The apartment has a large living room, a large bedroom with a large closet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance with a closet, a private garage, WiFi. ..

The unit is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and the couch were very comfy. The outdoor space and parking was very nice and convenient. Agnès was quick to respond on WhatsApp and VRBO app. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Tidy Apartment In Excellent Location
My wife and I stayed here three nights in order to explore Dijon. We found communicating with Agnes very easy, and she was there to meet us as arranged. The apartment is a spacious one bedroom with a well equipped kitchen, and is located a very short walk from the central sights. Parking is gated and just outside the door. We felt it is excellent value for money, and would stay again if staying in Dijon.

Great location.
This apartment was walking distance to the historic centre. Having access to a patio within a fenced yard was a benefit. Apartment is well shaded keeping the temperature comfortable without air conditioning. WIFI signal was strong. Level of cleanliness was suboptimal. Agnes met us at the apartment and was very helpful orientating us to the area.

Prachtig appartement midden in de oude binnenstad va. Dijon

Appartement idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dijon, le logement est très bien situé, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Nous avons suivi les instructions claires d'Agnès pour entrer dans l'appartement mais nous regrettons de na pas l'avoir rencontrée. Les équipements de l'appartement sont nombreux et bien pensés même si certains commencent à montrer des signes de faiblesse. Le fait d'avoir un extérieur et un emplacement pour la voiture était essentiel dans notre situation. Nous recommandons le logement et bien sûr la ville de Dijon !

Très bon séjour
Nous avons apprécié le bel appartement, spacieux, bien agencé et bien meublé. Très bien insonorisé, je tiens à le souligner car c'est rare ! Le petit jardin est un plus, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu vraiment en profiter car le temps n'était pas de la partie mais ça a permis à notre chienne de prendre le frais en attendant de partir en balade. Bien placé, l'environnement est agréable.

My husband and I stayed six nights and the apartment met our needs very well. It is located within a secure, attractive, quiet building. It is a short taxi ride from the train station and within a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and main attractions. Alternately there is a small free shuttle within blocks of the apartment that travels around the city centre. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Agnes’ husband kindly gave us a ride to the train station at the end of our stay.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit einem kleinen Garten und einem Parkplatz direkt in einer gesicherten Wohnanlage. Nur wenige Minuten Fussweg entfernt vom Zentrum von Dijon. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch die nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
