Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation! "

Her cottage is impeccably clean, wonderfully stocked (and then some) and uber cozy. Location couldn't be better, centrally located for our trips to Jamestown and CW, and within walking distance to everything in Yorktown. Especially loved the riverwalk and stroll to Mobjack!"

"We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! "
