"Ours was very unique situation. The weekend we were planning to stay is the same day Hurricane Helene hit. Unfortunately our host lived in the area of the damages and no electricity and her phone was dead. We were not able to reach each other. The property looked wonderful! She called me just as soon as she possibly could and let me know what happened. Very nice person and wanted to make sure we were able to get our full refund. I would recommend this host!"

"The Coca Cola house is a great place to stay in Ava MO. The queen size bed is very comfortable. We found everything we needed there to make us feel at home. There is a convenience store within walking distance, two grocery stores close by, and several good restaurants. "

"Absolutely loved this place. Rooms are big and comfortable. If you want seclusion this is the place for you. Owners/cleaners are extremely honest. I left a few important things and was contacted immediately. Was able to meet up with them and pick up my stuff. Will definitely be going back with the family. "

"The location of the house was great. Directions to the house could be given in a much simpler way. It's in a quiet and in a good location. Very nicely decorated in the living area and kitchen. However, the interior of the home was dirty! Microwave interior was dirty; microwave dish cover was dirty/food on it; cook top, oven and refrigerator were dirty; freezer had frozen water/ice on the floor of the freezer; appliance exteriors were streaked/dirty; bathroom toilet seat underneath side was dirty...

"We were thrilled with the home and the peaceful, beautiful rural area. Just a few minutes to Strafford for groceries, or Springfield for anything else. Five acres for the dogs to romp around, a comfortable living room & beds, a spacious kitchen, ceiling fans in every room and good HVAC (and a wood stove!) Since we were there five days and the temps ranged from 28 to over 80, that was very much appreciated! Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"We were in town for family matters, already a stressor, but Ambers house was such a relief. Branson hotels are iffy at best, bug ridden for sure so coming back from a hard family was nice. All accomodations and appointments are on point and we will do it again."
