The Gite was very clean, comfortable, in a well maintained, quiet location and tastfully decorated.
We really enjoyed our stay, the area is very peaceful and quiet within reasonable distance of several interesting placed to visit. The idea place for a relaxing holiday and less than 5 hours from Calais and the Channel tunnel. There are several places to cycle and walk and interesting places to visit such as Troyes and the very peaceful Vitry Le Francois. The Gite is close to three lakes, the closest is within walking distance and has a port with restaurants and bars

Très agréable séjour en un lieu très calme. Un logement très agréable, spacieux, bien aménagé, et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur un très beau jardin depuis la pièce à vivre. Il est très peu fréquent de trouver une location où l'on se sent immédiatement aussi bien. Nos hôtes ont été très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons !

Het huisje ligt heel rustig en heeft een fantastische tuin waarin de eekhoorns en de vogeltjes volop vertegenwoordigd zijn. Alles is aanwezig in het huis.

Kleine Wohnung mit großem Garten
Schöne Kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen mit kleinem Kind. Ruhig, sauber und entspannte Athmosphäre. Kurzer Fußweg zur Marina mit Restaurants, Strand und Spielplatz. Alles da was man braucht - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen :-)

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine. La maison était très propre (très appréciable) au calme avec vue sur un grand jardin (pommiers, poiriers...). La climatisation a été salvatrice en période de canicule, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable ! Propriétaire à l’écoute et qui respecte l’intimité des locataires car la maison est mitoyenne mais cela ne gêne aucunement. Je recommande vivement.

Das modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus, ergänzt durch stilvolle Dekoration ist überaus gepflegt und sauber. Der Hauptraum ist sehr großzügig, mit großem Esstisch, Schreibtisch mit Touristinfos, einem bequemen Ecksofa, Kleiderschrank und einer zusätzlichen Bettcouch ausgestattet, die man auch gerne nutzt, weil das Schlafzimmer eher klein und das nur 140cm breite Doppelbett doch sehr schmal ist. Die integrierte Küche ist bis ins Detail ausgestattet, sodass selbst im Urlaub das Kochen Spaß macht. Durch viele Fenster ist alles lichtdurchflutet, besonders schön das große Schiebeelement mit Ausblick und Ausgang zum riesigem parkähnlichen Garten mit Obst- und Zierbäumen... allein schon eine Wohltat den Sommer im Schatten von Linde oder Birke auf einem Liegestuhl zu genießen - Vogelgezwitscher inclusive! Ein besonders heißer Tag mit 37°C war dank der Klimaanlage gut zu ertragen. Durch den Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus hat man nur kurze Wege mit Gepäck oder Einkäufen. Der See mit Badestrand und anderen Wassersportmöglichkeiten ist ganz in der Nähe. Sehr netter Vermieterkontakt per Mail bereits vor dem Aufenthalt und auch vor Ort und dabei diskret und zurückhaltend, wie man es sich wünscht - ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt!

Pour ceux qui apprécient le calme, l'endroit est idéal. La maison est lumineuse et très agréable. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le jardin est très grand. On y a vu plein d'oiseaux différents, notamment des pics verts que j'ai bien pu photographier. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très discrets. La vélovoie le long du lac est à 2 pas de la maison. Nous avons passé là d'excellentes vacances!

Séjour impeccable.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans un environnement agréable, calme où le BIEN-ÊTRE est assuré par une thérapie 100 % NATURELLE grâce au contexte. L'accueil fût chaleureux, professionnel et bienveillant durant tout notre séjour. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût en harmonie avec le lieu. Son immense jardin à permis à nos enfants de bien s'amuser et nous de la détente assuré. De plus il est idéalement situé pour diverses activités et visites (la plage de Amance à pied, à proximité de la plage du Forêt d'Orient :Magnifique réserve naturelle, Nigloland...). Nous avons su profiter de tous ses avantages et apprécier chaque instant de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup à Florence pour les échanges que nous avons pu avoir, et votre amabilité à tout les deux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Een oase van natuurlijke rust
Dit huis is een aanrader. Het is modern en schoon en heeft airconditioning (wat gezien de hitte noodzakelijk bleek). De gastvrouw en gastheer Florence en Alain doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij hebben mogen genieten van hun komkommers en tomaten. Er is complete privacy. De tuin is gigantisch met heel veel fruitbomen. Ook hebben we genoten van de verschillende soorten vogels!! Het mooie meer is op loopafstand... het is er alleen maar genieten!!!!

Charmante location au calme avec vue sur un grand jardin. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir deux écureuils batifoler dans l'herbe 😊 La maison est grande, d'une propreté impeccable et comprend tout ce qu'il faut (ustensiles de cuisine et autres) pour passer un agréable séjour. Et merci à Florence pour sa gentillesse. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
