Already the exterior appearance of the Italian-style villa promises a relaxing stay in a luxurious ambience. The adjoining apartment has a size of approx. 63 sqm and is located in the side wing of the villa. There are large, light-flooded rooms, furnished in a Mediterranean country house style. A highlight of the apartment is the luxurious bathroom with HomeSpa (freestanding double bathtub as well as generous sauna). On the spacious terraces you can find sunbathing and relaxation. You can get a cooling off in the clear Scharmützelsee at any time over the ground-level lake access. In the summer months you can use an in-house rowing boat. You can follow their fishing pass (fishing permit required) or simply enjoy the lake. It is particularly attractive to enjoy the sunset from the boat.
The apartment is fully equipped. There is a private car entrance for the guests. The car can be parked in front of the property.
