"Lovely accommodation, probably one of the top i have stayed in Da Nang. Only downside, was the rooster over the back of the hotel which screamed all night, also the nearby construction started at 7am. Couple next door were literally fighting every night - verbally and physically, I was there for 4 nights and other guest were also inconvenienced. "We rented one of the 2 apartments next to the 8(ish) stories building. The space was cool and useable. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. "Amazing and super clean boutique hotel. Everything is prefect and very comfortable. Breakfast is average quality and delicious food. The only disadvantage point might be the communication issue, hotel staff leaking of the English speaking proficiency and the artificial bird sounds at my balcony are too annoying especially during peaceful noon and night!"

"Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. The best part is the staff in cafe! They are all helpful and kind and the food is delicious. I highly recommend staying here if you like quiet streets, Korean food, a sense of luxury."
