The house Schönblick offers a unique and breathtaking view of the Diemelsee.
Due to the prime location from the Rasenberg down to the Diemelsee, you can observe a unique natural spectacle as a visitor.
From hunting buzzards to active agriculture to sailing boats on the Diemelsee, you can experience a great holiday in harmony with nature.
Flowering meadows, light wind noise through the forest, total silence in nature.
You can experience all of this during your vacation at Haus Schönblick.
The spacious terrace also invites you to a great barbecue evening in nature.
Evening walks to the lake or beach are ideal.
The town center and the Diemelsee can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. You can therefore do without your car.

Tolle ruhige Lage, schön im Grünen, sehr sauber
Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind im Dunkeln angereist und hatten zunächst Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, aber wir haben den Vermieter telefonisch sofort erreicht und er konnte uns auch direkt weiterhelfen. Lage und Umgebung sind wirklich tollausgezeichnet. Ea gibt in

Schönes und gemütliches Haus
Ein schönes kleines Haus für eine kleine Familie. Sehr sauber, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Außerdem ist es sehr gemütlich und man hat ausreichend Privatsphäre aufgrund der guten Lage. Der Weg zum See ist aufgrund des Neubaugebietes ein wenig länger als beschrieben. Im Großen und Ganzen eine klare Empfehlung!

Natuurhuisje naast groot vakantieappartement complex
Prima huisje in klein stukje bos met uitzicht op weidehelling die je niet kon zien. Groene haag niet onderhouden, te hoog. Deur keukenkastje stuk, slaapkamers zonder overgordijnen (5 uur zon op), sommige kozijnen geen vitrage, nergens horren. Veel muggen, horzels, enz. Elke dag bezoek Europese Hoornaar. (alarm, nest opzoeken). Op o.a. televisiekastdeuren grote (5x10cm) stickers met PRIVAT. moesten eigen beddengoed meenemen. Kortom, leuk huisje maar eigenaar moet meer onderhoud plegen en het wat up to date en gebruikers vriendelijker maken.

Schönes Häuschen im Grünen
Wir waren zu Zweit vom 30.05. bis 02.06. zu Gast in diesem Haus für ein langes Wochenende. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier noch einmal für einen Kurzurlaub herzukommen. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein was die Quadratmeter betrifft, dafür wurde mit der Einrichtung das Optimum zweifelsohne herausgeholt. Geschlafen haben wir gut. Leider war das Wetter uns nicht freundlich gesonnen, so daß wir überwiegend innen waren. Grill konnte entsprechend leider nicht genutzt werden war aber im Schuppen vorhanden. Gefunden hatten wir ihn. Auch mußten wir die Heizung anmachen. Vermieter hatte per Mail mitgeteilt das wir dafür gerne Kontakt aufnehmen können aber das war nicht nötig. Die Bedienung der Therme im Bad sowie des Steuerelements im "Kinderzimmer" war intuitiv und einfach. Grundsätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter effektiv und problemlos. Anreise mit dem Auto ist zwingend. Vielen Dank.

Falsche Angaben und unfreundlicher Vermieter
Die Lage ist schön, man hat seine Ruhe und kann seinen Aufenthalt in der Natur genießen. Allerdings ist der Aufenthalt im gesamten eher negativ verlaufen. In der Beschreibung stehen 2-3 Minuten Fußweg, was leider nicht stimmt. Der Fußweg ist bei ca. 7-8 min. Nach Nachfrage beim Vermieter kam eine unfreundliche Antwort „natürlich laufen Sie nicht durchs Wohngebiet, Sie müssen hinter das Haus, quer über Feld ans Wasser. (Als wäre es selbstverständlich zu wissen, dass man durch das wilde Feld laufen müsste und nicht über den normalen Straßenweg. Danach kam noch folgende Antwort am Telefon: „Aber lieber Herr ****, falls Sie jetzt doch 1-2 min länger laufen sollten, als in der Angabe, dann rufen Sie mich wegen sowas nicht an“ Die Heizung kann man leider nur auf die niedrigste oder höchste Stufe stellen. Auf der höchsten Stufe ist dass innerhalb von 30 min so warm, dass man es kaum noch aushält. Auch die Nachfrage, wo der Grill sei, wurde sehr unfreundlich beantwortet. „Der Schlüssel liegt unter dem Fernseher im Kästchen, der Grill ist natürlich in der Scheune.“ Als wäre es auch hier selbstverständlich zu wissen, dass ein extra Schlüssel im Schrank liegt. (Noch dazu stand ein großes Schild mit „PRIVAT“ auf dem Schrank. Natürlich würde man den Schrank dann nicht von sich aus öffnen. Alles in allem war ich mit den Angaben und dem Vermieter alles andere als zufrieden. Trotz dessen ist die Lage sehr schön.

Wunderbare Tage in wunderschöner Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus am Waldrand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, direkt und schnell. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet, Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sollte man aber alle mitbringen. Die Matratzen im Elternbett liegen leicht gegeneinander verschiebbar auf dem Bett. Hierauf sollten Paare sich einstellen.
