"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. It is a quiet area that provided a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Central station is less than a 10 minute ride from Amstel Station, which is right next to the hotel. "Basic yet comfortable as described, my personal issue was tge accessing of the bed, as it was a top bunk bed type, i struggled getting into, but more out of the bed, via step ladder, it wasnt till the second day that i realised there were lower, easier access beds, otherwise i would of asked to see if i could be moved, but overall, vert comfortable bed"

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"
