"Location of the property is perfect. Walking into town, local restaurants, museums, town square is wonderful. Train station was very close - was an easy 45 ride to Strausburg, France. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. Outside patio and upstairs balconies were very cozy. Beds comfortable. "Wir hatten kurz die Qual der Wahl,doch siegte schnell Villa . Louisental. Die schönen Bilder machten Appetit,das passte zu Familie Schmid.Zurpraktischen Nutzung war wohl verstanden alles nötige vorhanden.Im Haus herrschte ein guter Geist,ganz glücklich sind wir abgereist."

"Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans la maison d’Emin. C’est une maison toute récente, très moderne et high tech aux prestations haut de gamme. Le jacuzzi et la salle de jeux sont un plus très agréable. Elle est très calme malgré la route à proximité et idéale pour visiter les marchés de Noel ou la route des vins.Emin qui habite à côté est très présent et réactif au moindre problème. Merci à lui pour son accueil 4 étoiles."

"We are two families who stayed in this lovely home over Christmas. It is clean and comfortable with a lot of space to spread out. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool table. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Neuf Brisach is a charming small town and is close to many other great towns in the Alsace region, although you need a car to get around. Highly recommend!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close.
