"Our experience started off rocky with the front desk guy not being welcoming at all. He didn’t even say hello. He just said “name” and “sign here” throughout the entire interaction. Then when we got into the room and pulled out the sofa bed, it was a bare mattress. We looked in the closet and there was a blanket only. We tried to call the front desk for a mattress pad and sheets but we got a disconnected ring tone. Not busy signal so we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I had to take my sheet off...

"(Standard king room) Staff was pleasant, accommodated my ESA dog (waived pet fee w/ documents), property is a little dated but well kept, large tv w/ cable channels, mid size fridge & microwave, if staying longer I'd opt for king suite."
