This property is in a very small town out in the middle of nowhere. The motel is very, very old. However, there have been attempts to update some of the rooms. We rented three. One king and two doubles. In the king room and one of the doubles, the carpet was replaced with the gray wood plank laminate flooring and all the walls were sprayed with white paint. Not much consideration went into over spray, since over spray was on door knobs, the heating/ac unit, and other items. The beds were bouncy, but clean. The other double room had the most character. It still had carpet and one wall was painted adobe color. It may be the room pictured on Expedia. To check in you must call a number and then you will be told or texted your room number and door lock code. The person that answered the phone was very nice. Overall, the rooms were clean with very outdated furniture, but it looks like they are trying. If I was in a pinch and needed to stay again I would. But it is not a destination motel. Its just an old motel, in an old West Texas town that works when you just need a place to sleep for the night.
