"Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"Lovely stay made better by the warm welcome from the reception staff and stunning room with a view of the sea. I was a little apprehensive about my stay from some other reviews from black travellers. I was treated very well by all staff including those in the dining areas. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated in a nice peaceful tropical garden. The design of the place is really nice, mixing traditional elements to contemporary ones. The rooms are very spacious , with a large dressing room. There are tea and coffe facilities in the room that are refilled every day. Even the kettle is refilled everyday. "It was first time to stay at Jacarandas. We chose it to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and we were very pleased. It came highly recommended by friends that have oftentimes stayed here. "The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
