Where hidden gems await, from the natural beauty of Orton Bradley Park, the stunning views along the Mt Herbert Walkway, to the quaint charm of Diamond Harbour Wharf – all just a short drive away.
This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers a peaceful hillside retreat with scenic views, easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have two medium-to-large dogs who are friendly, and young children on the property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home, but access to the rear paddock is off-limits due to a Land Lease and Fall Hazards. We ask that you take care and refrain from entering this area.

- Kids Playground is a 5-minute walk down Waipapa Avenue, next to the tennis club

- Bus and boat and walk up hill around 25 minutes.
- Black Cat Diamond Harbor Ferry service located at the diamond harbor jetty. Trip to Lyttleton for more food and drink offerings. Refer website for timetable.

- No WiFi available
- BBQ grill is not available
- Drinking water is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Mobile phone reception has a good signal of Vodafone, 2degrees and Spark while no signals to other telco companies.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
