"Really nice little villa with a good layout and well appointed. Only blemish on the property is the 9am checkout. I get cleaning is required but when you dont supply sheets and towels, a later checkout would make the exit process easier."

"Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. The unit was very hot and stuffy and the unit just didn’t do much to cool the villa a part from the main area. The 2 portable fans need replacing, very old and only went one speed didn’t move any air. The villa needs a good deep clean. "The property was clean, well equipped with LOTS of stuff provided to keep children and dogs entertained. The location is great, being central to both Diamond Beach and Black Head. The owners were very welcoming and honest. Our daughter lost her mobile phone and Dianne went out of her way to ensure it was sent back to us via express post. Fantastic home and well worth the spend. We will be back!"
