The property was built in 2008 and has recently been extensively renovated.
It accommodates 8 and has 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and 2.5 bathrooms.
Downstairs includes a generous kitchen, dining room, separate toilet and a large lounge room opening up to a small backyard with a gas barbeque. Wi-Fi is available.
The property has internet and a pool table.
The garage is not in use for parking as that is set up as an entertainment area.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card.

Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Doona's and pillows are provided only.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was excellent. Location was perfect for our 5 days golf at Tallwoods VillageThe four bedrooms were very comfortable and amenities were excellent as we were eating in each night.Communication with the agency and access to the property was seamless.We definitely recommend this property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking in to the property we were all presently surprised at how spacious it was. Had all we needed for the entire time we stayed. Except for the linen for for 3 of the 5 beds so I had to contact someone to organize this for us. They were quick to come and get the sheets out of the locked cupboard but one sheet was dirty and the lady offered to wash and dry it and return it to us but I suggested that we just wash it in the washing that was available in the laundry but when the lady opened it up there was lots of dog hair around the seal. Nevertheless we washed and dried it. We also did notice lots of dog hair in the hallway leading to the side door. Luckily for us we don't have any allergies but if my nephew was there,there would have been an issue with his allergies.
