"We were so excited because our host was from USA. But we wrong we had the worst ever experience bye for with the host, we stayed in this resort for 8 nights in the grand water villas #419. We had a chance only once at welcome and good-bye that was our help from the host."

"Beautiful island with nice sandy beach, and nice house reef just 30-50 meters away from beach villa, can go snorkeling anytime according to guest desire, dont need a boat ride. Sea plane schedule to leave the island is difficult to arrange according to guest request, either too early or too close to guest flight time/speed boat ride from Male to somewhere else. "

"Lovely staff, stunning accommodation, good food, great excursions. We went on snorkelling trips to look for Whale Sharks, turtles and Manta Rays and saw them all super close to us. Prices also weren’t quite as punitive as we’ve seen in the Maldives before (eg champagne for USD50, cocktails for USD12). "

"Overall was very good particularly the customer service was extremely good. Hotel management team was very present & approachable. However we were all expecting air conditioning throughout in the water villa especially it’s an enclosed bathroom. There was no AC nor fan in the bathroom and was recommended not to open the door in between the bedroom & bathroom which caused condensation. "Absolutely amazing, you need to stay in an overwater sunset villa w/ pool, this gets you exclusive club access basically to yourself and many other added benefits/perks and you must do all inclusive or the Grand all inclusive. Only complaint is my wife is the pickiest eater you'll meet so it took some adjustment to find meals she liked (even from the kids menu) but all restaurants were super accommodating in customizing her meal to anything she wanted and by day 2 we had her eating like a...

"Booked with South Ari Dive, who were a fantastic dive centre with everything needed for a perfect diving holiday. Great friendly service, superb value and local dive site knowledge. They took us snorkelling with Mantas during our surface intervals which was a once-in-a-lifetime experience The accommodation is in a local guest house (not at the dive centre but 2 mins walk away). We stayed at Manta which was basic but pleasant and comfortable. Recommend B&B basis as the restaurants on Dhangethi are cheap and convenient. Service was okay though English could have been better and would have appreciated our towels to be changed for clean ones a couple of times during a 9 day stay."
