"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"We traveled 5 hours to get to this hotel. We got here very late into the night. At first we were so amazed by how beautiful the outside of the complex looked. Excited to have a relaxing time. But from the moment we entered the apartment it was a disappointment. We were greeted by a swam of mosquitos. We did not sleep a single night here.
