Newly renovated, this rental features modern perks like a wine fridge, smart TVs in each bedroom, and a gas fireplace. In addition to the rooftop deck, two balconies offer alfresco relaxation.

LIVING AREA

Stream new movies on the 70 inch smart TV in the living area. Comfy furnishings include a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Play board games at the table for four while enjoying the warm ambience of a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be thrilled to find granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. The wet bar includes a wine fridge.

The table in the dining area seats six.

BED & BATH

This three-story rental sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms.

The primary suite boasts a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. A Keurig coffeemaker helps you start the day with ease. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a Keurig. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The master balcony is furnished with a bistro table for two. Share afternoon snacks at the bar for three on the second balcony.

Spanning 1,200 square feet, the rooftop deck is a dreamy alfresco lounge. Relax and admire a gorgeous panorama that encompasses the ocean and the bay from the comfort of your outdoor patio furniture and pub table sets. Catch rays from one of four loungers.

Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, equipped with a rain showerhead, body jet, and handheld sprays.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for two cars in a designated area of the driveway. Additional nearby street parking is available. A permit is provided for street parking between Memorial Day to Labor Day. No permit is required at other times of the year.

Parties are not permitted at this rental. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 3 minutes to the beach for a sun-kissed day on the sand. Situated on Coastal Highway, you will find local restaurants right on your block.

Walk 6 minutes to John Waples Memorial Playground. You'll also appreciate being just 4 miles from Delaware Seashore State Park.

Lovely beach house
My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed house. We provided some feedback about mold in the showers but otherwise a great vacation. Walked everywhere we wanted to go and short Uber to Rehoboth Beach.

Family Thanksgiving trip
Enjoyed our November trip to Dewey Beach, the location was great. Not only was it an easy 3 minute walk to the beach, the house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 little ones. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plus there was a grill on the roof top deck with a wonderful view of the ocean and bay. Loved the area, even though it was the ‘off season’ there were still places open and with in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this place to families looking to enjoy the beach no matter the time of year.

Top deck made the Vacation
This is a top tier vacation rental. The location was ideal, it was very clean and quite spacious. The owners have included many, many household items that make the home comfortable and easy. The rooftop deck is nothing short of amazing: great views and so much added living space.

Perfect space and location!!!
Nine ladies spent the weekend here for some time away. This rental would be perfect for a family or two. It was too cold/rainy for the rooftop but I imagine it would be stunning in the right weather conditions. Close to everything. No noise from the street. Highly recommend.

Family vacation
Check in process was a bit strange . Arrived at house and the door was open with nobody on site . Confusing parking situation. Called Vicasa and the representative was offsite and offered little help. House was not supper clean + no cleaning supplies at property to touch up. Overall it’s a great property and the location was great . Would definitely return again but just a little frustrated with the things I mentioned. Overall great stay !

Fabulous, well equipped townhome!
This rental was SUPER well-equipped! Everything you need is there. Lots of extras, such as cocktail shaker, Bluetooth speaker, insulated cups and lots of plastic drinkware. Device charging cords were provided at the nightstands next to the 2 queen size beds. View from the roof deck is amazing! Short, one block walk to the beach, and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and rolling beach carts to transport the above to the beach. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful and clean
We loved this house and the amenities included were above and beyond your typical rental. It was incredibly clean and easily met our expectations . The only drawback is the street noise in the middle of the night, particularly on weekends. A garbage truck also began dumpster pickup in the early morning hours on one occasion. Still a lovely place to stay especially if the late night/early morning noise isn’t a bother to you.

Dirty but great location.
Was not cleaned prior to our 4 pm checkin. Garbage left in all the cans, dirty towels left on floor, beds not made, linens stank and were dirty, food left on tables in refrigerator and on counters. Place needs painted. Given wrong wifi info. Originally responsive to complaints but never came to a resolution. Cleaning people eventually arrived rushed through left dirty bed linens and food. Had to wash bed sheets, blankets and bathroom rug. Great location and rooftop space thou. Could be a great place. Sad the experience started the way it did. More frustrating there was no resolution. Free dinner was offered but when we said there was ten of us the communication went silent…

Great getaway
Really enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the shops in Rehobeth. Everything in this home is either brand new or in perfect condition. Very clean. So many little extras were included - linen service, phone chargers, brand new games/puzzles and even keurigs in the two bigger bedrooms. Rooftop deck was an unexpected treat - we sat under the stars and listened to the ocean waves every night. Overall great experience, no complaints!

Gorgeous home
House was absolutely beautiful with a great floor plan. Gorgeous views and the roof top deck had plenty of furniture The entire house was done right Very clean and homeowners and VASCA were extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. I loved the generous amount of linens and little extras in bathrooms/kitchen. Best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen. Fantastic location too.

Great for a long weekend
The property was exactly as pictured. It was incredibly well stocked which made for easy prep for our long, Thanksgiving weekend. The location, right off the main road, makes it easy to get to all the surrounding attractions within minutes. The property manager was always available, even over the holiday. They were very responsive in fixing our door when the lock battery needed replaced.

Great Stay!
House was overall in line with our expectations. Was well kept, and had a great rooftop patio! It was also very nice having all of the beach chairs, toys, etc already at the house. We also loved not having to pack our own linens and towels! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Best Dewey rental yet!
We have been traveling to Dewey as a family for 10+ years now (I’ve been going since Age 4 myself) and this was our best rental yet. Nice Dewey rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very convenient. Close to the beach, bars, etc. it is on the main road so there is road noise, but you expect that on a Main Street.
