This property can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Rainbow Cove unit 117D is found in the rear of the building and it is just a quick walk to the bay, the beach, Starboard, Bottle and Cork, and many other popular hot spots in Dewey Beach! The condo rental includes 2 car parking below the unit. Cable and wifi are included. *This is a non-smoking unit.*

Great location right by Bottle and Cork, Perfect amount of space for our group of 7, and had all the amenities for making food. The only negative was the couch, smelled a little odd, and it was very sunken in

I can't say enough about this place, its location, and the owner. We had a blast! If you can't do a lot of stairs, this is not the place for you. Just a heads up. I will definitely look into going back!!!

Perfect Getaway
We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! The host was very kind and very accessible, she answered all questions in a timely manner. The location was fabulous! Very close to the beach, food, and bars! There were two bathrooms and that was a game changer with all of us girls getting ready! Loved the keyless entry, it made checking in and out super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, great unit
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was very easy and they responded quickly when we had questions. One item I will note, this is a third floor unit with no elevator (in case you require assistance). This did not provide an issue for our group. Would stay here again.

Great location in Dewey
This condo is in a great location, allowing for a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The Jolly Trolley stop was right across the street as well. The home was clean upon arrival, and the owner communicated quickly whenever I reached out to her. Our only concern was the couches that sunk in very deep and were difficult to get out of, especially for my parents. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is perfect
If you are looking for location in Dewey it is perfect. I do think furniture and beds need an upgrade. Top bunks are for children only. The couches are a bit old and saggy. Other then that there is plenty of room and apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with owner is great! Easy check in and fit 2 large cars in assigned parking spots. Had a great time!

Cute condo! There for 2 days. Mostly everything was clean except the walls and decor are collecting dust so the cleaners need to pay more attention to that. The beds make noise with EVERY movement so that may annoy you. Very tight parking area but thankfully the beach, restaurants, and some activities were walkable so only left the garage twice. If you can’t do stairs, this property isn’t for you! The owner is very kind and responsive. Would stay again.

This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!

Perfect location as we attended an event at Bottle & Cork, easy to the beach and many eating/drinking places. Disagree with sleeps 10, ceiling fan locations make the top bunks a big no for me, but for 4 of us it worked just fine.

Perfect location!
Perfect location just a short walk from the beach, from beautiful sunsets on the bay side and everything Dewey Beach has to offer! Check-in and checkout was a breeze too. Highly recommend!
