This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! This place was so cute inside and out there’s a great private community area. The house was stocked with necessities, anything needed in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom was accessible. Owner was very communicative

Great Location
The condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products and cooking and cleaning supplies as well as a beach cart and chairs to borrow. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and even secured 2 pack n plays to borrow for our stay!

A Dewey Beach Gem
Spent Memorial Day weekend here and had the best time. The location was perfect and the space was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and beach supplies were provided. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would be lucky to stay here again!

Home away from home!
Clean and logical! Everything (except linens) is provided and accessible for your stay. I was so happy to have a beach chair and umbrella for the sunny beach days. Along with a guide on the best places to eat locally. Which just about everything is walking distance, including Rehoboth which is not too far. Could even take the bikes as there is a bike path along the way, and a scenic lake.

Adorable place to stay
My family and I came to Dewey for the first time. We weren’t sure where to stay but we’re very pleased with our choice. Kathy kept us informed and answered my questions immediately. I think her unit is in the perfect location and we would definitely stay there again if we come back!

I was here for the 4th of July weekend and it was a great time to say the least. The property was clean when I got there and fully stocked (dishes, cups, pans, utensils, etc). I would highly recommend this property as it’s location is great and the property manager is professional and easy to contact.

Awesome beach condo for small family
We loved staying in this condo just walking distance from the beach! The location truly cannot be beat and the pictures do not do this property justice. Small bedrooms but plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. We enjoyed spending time on the screened-in porch and appreciated the beach chairs/toys that were provided. We hope to return!

A wonderful stay!
My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids (all under 5 years old) to Dewey for the first time. Kathy’s place was perfect for us. It was super clean and stocked with games for the kids, beach toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us to fit a pack and play in the room. The location was perfect (beach block) and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kathy even left a very generous bucket of goodies for the kids.

Close to the beach
This was a cute place that was super convenient to the beach! It would have been better to know you need to bring your own 3 sets of queen sheets ( which luckily I had), towels and paper products more ahead of time but the washer/dryer was a big help. Parking is a little tight but the street parking permit helped with that. Kathy responded quickly to my texts and was helpful. We had a great time!

Spring break
First time in Dewey Beach, and it could not have been a better location. The place was very clean, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with lots of extras. It is small but functional. Lots of beach accessories which we did not use, but that is nice touch.. It did not feel so much as a rental, it felt like I was borrowing an apartment from a friend. Communication was excellent.

Dewey Beach Cottage seconds from the beach
We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean and well stocked! Kathy was easy to communicate with and even left us a gift basket full of snacks and toys for the kids. So thoughtful! She had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for our use. There is a shared outdoor common area that was so nice with picnic tables, lots of seating, grills, and a hammock. The location to the beach can't be beat, and everything in Dewey was very walkable, even with kids. The Jolly Trolley stops one block from the house, making for a quick, fun trip to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely return next summer!

Ideal Getaway!
From start to finish, this was the IDEAL getaway for a single parent and her two young children! Kathy was hospitable, always quick to respond, and the property was beyond adorable and well appointed! I was able to pack lightly - the property offered a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The house is clean, adorably decorated, and has everything you could hope to need during your stay. The community area for the condo complex is warm and inviting, with picnic benches, a hammock, grills, and 2 incredibly nice outdoor showers. All within a couple minute walk to the beach? Yes, please! Kathy - thank you for providing such a cute place for my kids and I to make such special memories on our vacation! We hope to be back soon.

Great little place!!
Can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the front door, depending on how much gear you’re carrying. Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, however, due to some dampness and musty conditions inside the apartment. While we were staying there, we didn’t notice it a whole lot, other than what we could smell on our towels or just feel in the air. But, when we got home, everything had a strong musty smell to it. However it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again! Just something to note in case you have any allergies or health conditions impacted by dampness. The courtyard area was fantastic! A great place to drink your morning coffee or tea and hang out with your group or meet the neighbors. You won’t be disappointed!

Impressive Start to Finish
Kathy and Pat have done a wonderful job of making us feel at home! Kathy responded immediately before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless, new finishes, a fresh coat of paint, central AC (which was on overdrive all week! hot hot hot) and this was our first time in a rental that had a washer dryer (WONDERFUL). All the appliances, from the fridge to the toaster, were relatively new and worked perfectly. The property itself has a great layout. The parking is sectioned off from the street, there are two hoses for foot rinsing and two enclosed outdoor showers. There is a big clothesline out back and two nice Weber grills that are hooked to natural gas for everyones use. The pictures in their listing are all real pics of the property and true to life. I cannot wait to book next year! Thanks again Kathy and Pat.

Wonderful Weekend getaway
Great place - so close to the beach. Nice amenities - chairs, beach cart and umbrella available. Kitchen stocked well, A/C worked great, ceiling fans a plus. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Short drives to see the sights. Got to spend a great afternoon on the beach watching crazy golden retrievers chasing tennis balls in the surf. Seems that we landed in town during golden retriever days (a thing in Dewey) - happy pups everywhere.
