Walking distance to indoor and outdoor dining, entertainment, kid's playground, watersports rentals, a quick trolley ride to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk (less than 2 miles away) and just a 10 minute car ride to incredible tax-free shopping (including over 100 brand-name outlet stores). Wonderful vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 3 queen beds in three bedrooms and a bunk bed with 2 full-size mattresses in the 4th bedroom. Bonus: beach chairs, a kayak and crab traps. Parking included - 2 reserved spaces in Condominium parking lot located in front of home + 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit (for parking off-premises). Pelican Paradise is a non-smoking property. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Dog friendly with $300 minimum pet fee and signed addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
