"Upon completion of my stay, I was informed that, in addition to a “cleaning fee”, I'd be charged for defective appliances in the property. These were defective before my arrival. Despite the listing claiming inclusion of parking, it does not and I was charged further for parking. During the check in process, the lock didn't work and I had to wait for maintenance to manually unlock."

"This property is so beautiful, spacious, and felt like home. My family and I spent Christmas here and I made Christmas dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, ect, even had a potato masher. There was a nice coffee bar and extra linens, pillows, and blankets which I always appreciate.
