Bring your boat and enjoy all that Sylvan Lake has to offer! Outdoor area on the water with grill and outdoor dining. The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Washer and Dryer, a kitchen complete with all of your culinary needs. A game room to play Ping Pong and just hang indoors in case of too much sun or inclimate weather.
There is plenty of boat parking to accomodate 2 -23’ or smaller boats.
Relax in the sunshine on the large deck or the sun pods by the water.
