Great Place to stay.
Great location close to all events and venues. We went for NFL draft. Within 4 minute walk to Campus Martius and Hart Plaza and riverfront. 7 TO 8 min walk to Greektown. Felt very safe.

Clean, beautiful, and well-appointed building, ample bedrooms, and comfortable common areas. Was a short walk to the arena and a few minutes walk from entertainment, food, and stores. Will definitely look here first the next time we're in town.

Great location to explore the downtown area. River walk and access to the People Mover were excellent. Grocery store nearby. Fun to be in such a historic building. Great seating area looking out to the Ren Cen.

Listing accurate. Stayed here for piston’s game. Close to people mover station. Only negative was parking. On street metered parking or garage few blocks away. Wouldn’t be a deal breaker. Would stay here again!

A few girlfriends and I stay at this property. Well kept and Ed was wonderful to deal with. House was large and everyone had their own room. Hard to believe what it would be like in the 1800's. Cool place.

Hidden Gem
We didn’t know what to expect in downtown Detroit but this was a wonderful home with great architecture and updated decor. Our party of 7 had more than enough space to enjoy our stay. We were only in town one night for a concert but wish we stayed longer. The only downside is the noise outside the front bedrooms can be annoying. The host was also wonderful to work with.

What a dynamite joint
Went there with a few buddies for a tigers games. The property was excellent! Had a super time. The joint was great, excellent location really close to all the action in the area, 15 mins walk to stadium, restaurants, casino. The rooms and the place was excellent for a historical property over 150 years old it was awesome! 12’ ceilings, windows, cool decor, just really cool. Rooms and beds were good, just had a great time!

Fantastic Stay In Downtown Detroit
The property was clean and spacious and the host was very accommodating and attentive throughout the stay. Kitchens were stocked with all the essentials (cups, coffees, plates, etc) as well as the bathrooms. Great little gem in the center of downtown Detroit that is walking distance from many restaurants, bars and stadiums. Video games in the basement was a nice little touch and really enjoyed some of the food recommendations provided by the host. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Detroit!

This house was a hidden, surprising GEM - so perfect and impressive! Ed was so helpful and communicative before and during our visit. Fantastic! This was a wonderful place to stay with friends and family. I would just be wary of any elderly people as there are 2 flights of stairs. That is my only concern for those looking to rent. Other than that it’s an incredible location & a beautiful, clean historical property! I felt very safe & there are parking locations under constant observation. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the property owner, Edward, and he was very pleasant & accommodating! I give this place a 100% positive rating!

Beaubien House Stay
Greatly recommend the Beaubien House in Detroit! My husband, I, our two “kids” and spouses absolutely loved the home. Very unique and spacious residence. We loved gathering in the roomy parlor to hang out. We enjoyed spending time out on the outside back area with plenty of seating. Easy walk to areas like Greektown and the sports’ arenas but just caddy corner from the residence is a People Mover elevated “tram” that costs only 75 cents a ride and has numerous stops. (Token machines available at the station there.) We also enjoyed using the electronic scooters you can find around the area. The host was outstanding on communication before and during our stay. We definitely recommend the Beaubien House!
