Welcome to your home away from home! The Royal Ranch Retreat boasts an ideal location with tons of walkability, awesome local amenities, spacious guest accommodations and so much more!

Located in the heart of Royal Oak, Michigan, this spacious ranch-style home is just one block from Beaumont Hospital and minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops! Guest will not only love the convenient location but will feel right at home with three bedrooms on one level, an open eat-in kitchen, a family room with Smart TV, and a huge lower-level living room/game room!

Styled with you in mind, the gigantic master suite features a queen bed, two nightstands, and a sitting area, perfect for getting ready or maxing and relaxing. The remaining two guest rooms are light and bright with lots of plush cozy bedding!

When you had your fill of the indoors, you will be overjoyed to step outside into your own private backyard! The large patio is the perfect spot for an afternoon barbeque or working on your tan! This property is also pet-friendly, so your pups are sure to enjoy this space as well. Guest will also enjoy ample parking!

Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted
- Two dogs are okay upon approval (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Links to Safley's complete terms can be found in our email agreement. Family trip for Thanksgiving. Overall good property as described in lisiting. Downstairs area good for kids to hang out, complete with a ping pong table. House was clean. Heating for the main bedroom wasnt great, but expected for an older house with an add on. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay
Small house located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has a large backyard and was as expected. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday, Only issue was confusion on where the bath towels were...in hall closet. We will stay here in future.

It was a Dream at the Dream Cruise
Chose this property to its proximity to Dream Cruise. The house was very clean and had all the basics you would need. GREAT location. Very close to Woodward Avenue with a variety of restaurants and shops. VERY quiet neighborhood. Beautiful tree lined streets. Communication with the owner was seamless and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

We stayed here in March 2023. We were having our hard wood floors refinished and needed to be out for a week. This house was perfectly located for us. We live in a neighboring city and it was fun to spend more time in Royal Oak. The house was nice, we had trouble with the internet but that was resolved by the management company. Overall, our stay was very nice.

A nice property with a great location, very handy as we were visiting family locally, close to Detroit. Very clean inside, the beds were super comfy and plenty of space to accommodate 5 of us. Royal Oak Retreat
This home accommodated our family and our pet well. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants, and not too far from destinations like the museums and aquarium. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and the finished basement for family fun in the evening. There were a few issues, but the management company was quick to respond and help us resolve the issues. We would stay here again!
