This house is 1 block to Main Street, 1-2 blocks away from two kids’ parks (Whittier and Kentwood), along with being a short drive to downtown Birmingham (15-20 mins), the Zoo (10 mins), Beaumont Hospital (10 mins), Cranbrook community (20 mins) and Downtown Detroit (15-20 mins). This home is the perfect location for a gathering or extended getaway!

1st floor bedroom with queen bed has a dedicated workspace and 50” Smart TV, alongside a 1st floor full bathroom that includes a shower head & handheld spray. Upstairs private primary-suite has its own ensuite bathroom (shower head & handheld spray) also with large walk-in closet and 50” Smart TV. Front wing of the home has a bunk-bed room with nice sized closet plus desk space, along with another bedroom that has a full-sized bed, sizable walk-in closet, and its own desk space. These two bedrooms share a gorgeous brand-new spa inspired bathroom that has a tub and shower.
Each bedroom is outfitted with a laundry bag, hangers, extra sheets, and blankets as need. Every bathroom is stocked with cozy large sheet towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Dedicated Parking for 1 car inside the garage and 1 car in the driveway parked tandem (there is ample safe street parking available also around the home). Large Private Back Yard with patio and space to relax.

We travel 1st class and expect the same to be provided from our house. Our cleaning fee includes the full washing of all comforters, sheets and towels across the house at temperatures that are hygienic and safe for you and future guests. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home.

Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Each guest is provided a unique digital code for their stay. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 4:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, please send us a message the day before your stay to see if this is available.

Entire Home is available for guests to access except 2 storage spaces in the basement. Please stay out of the utility room.

We love hosting, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No smoking nor vaping allowed
- Maximum overnight guests: 9
- No Events, Parties or Large gatherings.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- All guests must recycle: Trash and recycling located to the Right of the Kitchen sink very easy to separate. (Failure to do so will be an additional $25 fee)
- Please leave your shoes at the door if you are walking upstairs on the carpets.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Paper goods, Soaps and Laundry Detergents provided for time of stay, if need more there is Hollywood market 1.5 blocks away or for a fee we can drop off.
- Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- No Fireworks, Glitter, nor Confetti is permitted
- No storage of marijuana on the property. We offer our guests a neutral-air zone. If there is any hint of tobacco or marijuana, we will charge a $500 fee to bring in an air-neutralizer.
- Everything in house is inventoried, there are a lot of super cool pieces. Please, don’t steal any:) If you would like a souvenir, please let us know - we may sell you something, or point you in the direction that you can purchase your own. But can we assure you - you don’t want to pay the cost we charge if you just take it.
- Please note that we do have a Ring Door Bell and Back of Home Ring Camera on the exterior of the house. We will be aware if you have a gathering of over 9 guests and please re-read the house rules for any questions about this policy.
- Only Flush toilet paper in toilets - plumber calls for anything else are a min $250 fee and not fun.
- Our furniture is brand new - please be considerate and keep food and beverages to kitchen and dining areas.
- Potential for noise: There will be a construction project happening on the residential lot next door. This project will Not impact parking, nor access to the home but could result in limited noise from between 7 am – 6pm M-S and 10-4pm Sunday.
- We want you to have an amazing relaxing stay, but it is also our house and we want to return to it without complications!
