While check-in and out were easy, and the room was clean but really small, there were problems. The room was way to warm when we checked in. We turned the temp down and went to our event. We came back 5 hours later and it was still hot. Uncomfortable to sleep.
When I tried to get hot water to clean up, I had to let the water run 6-7 minutes to get even moderately warm.
The process of logging into WiFi is counter-intuitive, giving the impression that you must join your club to get access. I was able to sign in, and the speed was OK, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Breakfast was well done, good choices and quality.
Overall was not a great experience.
