Great location
My daughter and I arrived to find that one of the beds had not been made, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. A book with information about the residence ( Wi-Fi password, TV instructions, how to use the gas stove, etc.) would have been most helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of casserole dishes but no skillet or other useful pans. The location was in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood.

Great stay in Birmingham
We loved everything about our stay – check in process, communication with the owner, condition of the property, and location. We had our dog with us and the entire community that the home is in is very walkable with several parks very nearby. Close to downtown Birmingham. Couldn’t have asked for more and would stay there again.

Great neighborhood location
Home was clean, well-supplied, organized, comfortable, and accommodating; host readily available and helpful. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Yet there were restaurants within 5 minutes walking, and many more for a little longer walk, or easy short drive. Easy parking on driveway. (Back-yard garage was also available).
