Lost key incur a replacement fee of $50 per key Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange furnitures. $50 per extra guest per night
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. If we have to unclog the drain during or after your stay, due to this, it will attract a $250 charge

Dangerous Area, Warden like Landlord

The first day we got there I felt like I was in a jail cell, he had cameras all around the home and he called me immediately to warn me that I was violating the contract terms, the second night my truck got stolen from in front of the house the police didn't even want to come out and do a police report, I had to wast a whole day. Be Careful!
