Mostly good experience
The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. There was an issue with one bed having sheets visibly soiled with body fluids. The owner blamed a cleaning company, changed the sheets themselves and gave a small gesture to apologize. Made us question the condition of the rest of the place, but there weren’t any other visible signs. The bathroom and towels and rest of the place was fine.

What a great find! We will be back!
This is a perfect spot to stay for a weekend in Detroit. Check in was a breeze. The ac was on waiting for us. Robes and slippers. Easy parking out front. The location is perfect. It does look a little dodgy because of the house across the street but the unit and neighbourhood were awesome. Beds were comfy. Place was spotless. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend.

Perfect stay after a show at the Masonic
Stayed here after a show at the Masonic Temple which was within walking distance. It worked out great. Everything we needed was in the unit. Very clean and quiet.

Good place!
I was really impressed with the apartment! It was super clean, and was a great place for myself and three friends to stay in. The apartment complex looks a little suspicious, and you can really hear everyone around you. Otherwise the room was really nice!

Overall, our trip to the motor city was great. The hosts were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Do note that although the kitchen is stocked with supplies, it is minimal (4 each of cups, plates, bowls, silverware, and 2-3 pans, no pots, 1 baking dish, no salt/pepper, etc.). We would book here again without a doubt!
