Dirty, lack of basic necessities, inconvenient experience. Bags of trash remained overnight on the floor, in the hall, outside of a room, just as we walked out of the elevator; there was NO shower curtain in our room - we had to put up our own shower curtain!; our key did not allow us to enter a side door and we had to walk around to the front door; we requested extra towels and we told we had to come down to the front desk to retrieve them - from the 14th floor!!

They had parties both nights we were there going until 3 am with the music EXTREMELY loud. We were on the 9th floor and you could hear the music clear as day. When another parent went down at 3 am to the front desk the security guard was extremely rude and pretty much told them oh well deal with it. Also we had a family who needed help with their toilet instead of sending maintenance up they sent a lady with a plunger in a plastic bag and she left it outside his door! We will never stay here again.
