Very close to downtown area with several sporting venues, restaurants, casinos, & riverfront. We used Uber & Lyft for convenience to get to our destinations. The street was a quiet one-way. The neighborhood itself had several abandoned &/or boarded up houses. The pictures online show the highlights. The remainder of the house needs some TLC & some cleaning. There were mouse droppings in the silverware drawer & all around the toaster. The mattresses were wrapped in crunchy plastic from purchase. The primary bedroom door was hanging off hinge & couldn’t be shut. It was cheap & allowed a roof over our heads. It sounded too good to be true, and we ultimately got what we paid for.

Older home in transitioning neighborhood
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this older remodeled home. It was clean and comfortable and extremely well located for Uber to local restaurants and venues. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly.
