Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Disappointing
When I didn't receive the check-in information by the 3 pm check in time, I made several attempts to contact the owner only to find out the owner"forgot" they had the property listed on Vrbo and cancelled on the day I was due to check in. It just so happened to be the day before Thanksgiving, so finding a decent hotel near Detroit, the night before Thanksgiving and the night before a Lion's game was impossible. Thank God for family in the area!
