It was very clean , peaceful , we stayed 2 nights and they came and made the beds while we were out. They offer all dove products in house(body wash , shampoo , conditioner and hand soap)

If you have nowhere to stay tben this will do other than that id avoid it. I had 2 room that were conjoining. Went into one an it was ok. Went into the 2nd an i walked in on a famy having dinner. Both rooms had holes in the walls. Teenagers running everywhere an sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.i wont stay here ever again.

I asked if my rooms could be conjoined or by each other. I was told “absolutely!” Then come to check in my rooms are not conjoined or by each other. The front desk worker was very friendly and apologized and said she could see where I was told that but she couldn’t do anything about it besides canceling my reservation. One of our room is very outdated and small (though the other is nice and bigger but they were supposed to be the same room type). The hallway is loud. Not horrible if you just want a night away with a pool. But not the best either.

Our original room (205) reeked of smoke. The lady at the front desk reacted quickly and got us a new room, 307. However, the people in 305 were extremely loud; yelling at each other, yelling at a basketball game on TV, and receiving continuous calls/text using a loud ringtone. The door between the rooms offered very little sound proofing. The staff tried but the major problem was the clientele.

Room was recently renovated. Staff was friendly. Pool needs some upkeep: but was available and clean. Hot tub was relaxing. Pool area did not smell moldly. Just needs to be repainted.
